Family Resource and Referral Center provides a broad range of programs and services to individuals and families living in San Joaquin County that focus on:

• Health and safety training
• Increasing quality of care
• Education and training for child care providers and parents
• Instructional materials and resources for child care providers and parents
• Education, training, and intervention services for providers of children with special needs

Sources of funding for FRRC programs include the United States Department of Agriculture, California Department of Education, San Joaquin County Employment and Economic Development Department/WorkNet, San Joaquin County Human Services Agency, and San Joaquin Children and Families Commission (First 5).
