Child Wellness Program
A FREE program providing families in Tracy and Stockton with information about nutrition, health and safety, and offers support that encourages positive behaviors and practices in children 0 to 5 years (60 months). The 4- to 6-week program includes personal home visits, developmental screenings for young children, hands-on activities teaching proper fitness and nutrition habits and skills in a fun and encouraging way.
This project serves families in the Tracy Unified School District attendance areas of Kelly, Poet-Christian, Bohn, Jacobson, McKinley, North, South/West Park, and Central Elementary Schools.

A training and support program for individuals who are starting their first family child care home and/or for licensed providers expanding their license to provide care for infants and toddlers.
